Publicação na Revista Natural Products Application: Health, Cosmetic and Food

No âmbito da disseminação do projeto Bioma, o copromotor Instituto Politécnico de Bragança,  realizou três publicações tendo por base os resultados do PPS3, na revista Natural Products Application: Health, Cosmetic and Food, intituladas : (1) “Ananas comosus L. bio-waste as a source of bioactive compounds with health benefits”. (2) “Chemical and bioactive characterization of Impatiens balsamina L. Pink flowers and their application in a portuguese pastry product (3) “Study of aromatic and medicinal plants as potential natural ingredients for the food industry”.
